Lynne Clark is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music and she worked as a freelance violinist and instrumental teacher before becoming a full time teacher. In 1997 she gained her Master of Education degree through Nottingham University and she was also awarded the Certificate of Kodály Music Education with distinction. Lynne lectures for the British Kodály Acadamy, tutoring on the Academy’s annual summer school. She has worked extensively in primary, secondary and instrumental education and for some years was Director of Music at Lady Manners School, Bakewell. She now works for Derbyshire’s Advisory and Inspection Service as Leader of Instrumental Development for North East Derbyshire.
